I’m big on Swagbucks, as you may know if you’ve read my series of posts on the online rewards program. And I’ve spent plenty of time doing surveys, searches, Swag codes, and earning Swagbucks other ways that you can read about here and here. But let me tell you, the Shoply app is the Swagbucks jackpot!
Earning gift cards through Swagbucks does take some time. And I’ve shared before that I primarily save my earnings for Christmastime. But boy, when Christmas comes around and I have a stockpile of gift cards to use on gifts from various stores, what a huge blessing that is.

Then I heard of Shoply. With this app, you can score 1,000 or 2,000 Swagbuck points or more from just one purchase.
Check out this Just BARE chicken I bought at my local grocery store and scored 1,000 Swagbucks (equal to $10).
And I bought Batiste dry shampoo (which my daughters love) and earned another $10. This purchase had to be made at Walmart. Check the stores listed for the offer before you purchase to make sure you’re buying the correct item at the participating store.
Read the details of the offer carefully, because many times you earn far more by buying 2 of the item. Below I received 500 Swagbucks for my first Arm & Hammer AbsorbX cat litter and 2,000 total when I bought two of them.
How to Use the Shoply App
Download the app called “Shoply.” Then, search for the store you plan to shop at, whether Target, Walmart, or your local grocery store. Next, add offers you might buy by clicking on them. Save your shopping receipt.
After shopping, click on Redeem in the Shoply app. Click on the store you shopped at. Click on the offers you purchased. Take a picture of your receipt (usually multiple pictures for long receipts) and upload it to the site. Your Swagbucks are awarded instantly and count toward your daily total.
Then, enjoy all those gift cards you’ll earn!
